CIE Tours Website Redesign

CIE Tours is a tour company that has helped generations of guests experience the beauty and wonder of Europe. The client is looking to transform its business from a B2B model to B2C in order to sincerely understand and be closer to the travelers and users. So, the client wants to offer more inspirational and simple booking experiences for their users.

Joined at the last sprint of the project: User research, User flow, UX improvement & design, UI design based on the existing brand guideline, and Prototyping.

Specifically worked on Booking flow included transactional process, Content Hub page, Article Detail page, Campaign page, Campaign Detail page, Press Room page, FAQ page, and Contact Us page in both desktop and mobile version.

 

 

Brief

Redesign a whole site of CIE Tours with a new digital strategy, UX Design, development/implementation, and SEO.

Approach

In order to transform a complex travel site to a simple design, we recreated a branding system with new color palette, typography, and design modules, keeping a harmony throughout the site. Since we rescan all the pages, we focused on improving a booking flow and transactional process because it’s a crucial experience for our users/travelers.
